How long does shipping take?
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination city. For major cities, the delivery time is 2 to 3 business days, while for other locations in the country, the estimated time is 3 to 5 business days.
This period does not include weekends or holidays. If you require express delivery, that is, with a delivery date the next day before 12:00 noon, we recommend that you contact us at our WhatsApp customer service line +573104658601 before placing your request.
How can I check the status of my order?
You can track your order via the link provided in the confirmation email, where you will find the “View my order” button with the corresponding tracking number. You can also track it directly on the carrier's website.

Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation requests are accepted as long as they are made before shipment, within a 24-hour period. To cancel your order, you must send an email to servicioalcliente@senda.com.co Please note that, once payment has been made, if you decide to cancel the order, a bank fee equivalent to 12% of the total value of the order will be applied, as well as any other financial costs related to the transaction.
What payment methods do you accept?
The price shown on our website is in COP (Colombian pesos). The corresponding shipping charges will be added to each of the prices of the products/items offered on the website www.senda.com.co .
The shipping charge will be specified in the purchase order. The customer must make the payment corresponding to their order using our available payment methods: PayU, Mercadopago and Wompi. Payment by card is made under the security protocols according to the online payment platform.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I know my size?
You can confirm your size by taking into account the following points:
- Time of day : Did you know that your fingers change size throughout the day? It's normal for them to be more swollen in the morning due to certain sleeping positions and the body increasing blood flow to the muscles. So avoid measuring yourself right after waking up or after an intense workout.
- Left or right hand: The fingers on the dominant hand are usually slightly larger. If you use your right hand more, rings on that hand may fit tighter than on the left.
- Climate and temperature: Heat dilates blood vessels, causing your fingers to swell. So if you measure in the summer, your fingers may be slightly larger. In the winter, the opposite is true: your fingers will be thinner. So if you're hesitating between two sizes, opt for the larger one.
To confirm your size we will only need a measuring tape. Follow these steps:
- Take the tape measure and run it all the way around your finger until you close it and write down the measurement.
Note: If you don't have a tape measure, you can do it with a string, then write it down and measure it with a ruler and it will give you the exact centimeters.
Once we have the measurement clear, we go to our size guide and verify the measurement with the size number.
- Another super easy way to know your size is by using a ring that you already have and printing the shared guide. We will place the ring on the circumference where your jewel fits best and there you will know the perfect measurement.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, we have 7 physical stores in the country. However, it is necessary to check through our customer service line WhatsApp +573104658601 (Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM) the availability of inventory according to the selected reference.
What material are the jewels made of?
Our jewelry is made from different materials, such as:
- Metals: Bronze, 925 silver
- Plating: Yellow gold, rose gold, white and black rhodium
- Finishes: Textures, openwork and glossy finishes.
- Techniques: Enamelling, setting and inlays, etc.
- Stones: Natural, high quality crystals (in different shapes, cuts, sizes and colors).
How can I take care of my jewelry?
SENDA Nelly Rojas jewelry is a unique and exclusive piece of art made with different materials such as gold, 990 sterling silver and its alloys, combined with semi-precious stones, pearls, corals, Murano and crystals. When in contact with the skin, noble metals change color, which is why they require cleaning after use.
Silver jewelry oxidizes in the air, it is important to clean it with a chamois after each use. It should not be stored with other precious metals such as gold, platinum, bronze, etc.
Natural stones are sensitive to impacts and chemicals, avoid strong impacts as well as contact with alcohol or lacquers.
Pearls, corals, semi-precious and natural stones deserve special attention because they are of organic origin.
Store your jewelry in the original box.
The shine of the jewel is preserved by careful cleaning with a soft cloth.
Avoid contact with perfumes, sprays and hairsprays, as they can damage pearls, corals and turquoise, which deserve special care.
Avoid contact with water.

Do you make custom jewelry?
In the case of the SENDA brand and the jewelry made in collaboration with international artisans, no custom pieces are made. This is due, firstly, to the fact that the essence of the brand lies in offering signature jewelry, created from the inspiration and unique creativity of our designer. Each piece is exclusive and does not replicate designs from other brands or respond to requests based on images, examples from the internet, other jewelry stores or personal ideas.
Furthermore, for technical reasons, it is not possible to produce individual pieces. The creation of a piece of jewellery involves a significant infrastructure, including moulds, specialised processes and labour. For this reason, each design must be produced in a minimum of 10 units.
I received a damaged piece of jewelry, what can I do?
The warranty on our products applies only to manufacturing defects and for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. SENDA Nelly Rojas does not accept changes or returns of jewelry that shows damage due to improper use, including knocks, exposure to the elements, humidity, use of chemicals, or failure to follow the instructions provided at the time of purchase and in the certificate of authenticity, among others.
The jewel(s) may be received for repair or exchange at the discretion of SENDA Nelly Rojas and in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Please note that the warranty will be voided if the customer makes any modifications to the jewel or accessory.
I want to make a return, how do I do it?
Products purchased from the SENDA Nelly Rojas online store can be returned and refunded provided the following conditions are met:
- Reasons for return :
- Defective product.
- Product does not correspond to what was confirmed in the order
- Notification : You must notify your intention to return the product to the email address servicioalcliente@senda.com.co within 24 hours of receiving the order. Make sure to include in the subject: RETURN REQUEST .
- Product condition : The product must be in perfect condition, retaining its original packaging and labeling.

Refunds : If the delivered product is defective or incorrect, Senda Nelly Rojas will refund the total amount paid, including shipping costs. The refund will be processed through our payment platform PayU, in accordance with its refund and return policies, or through the platform of choice.
- Other reasons : If the return is requested for reasons other than those mentioned, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In this case, you must also communicate your intention to return within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the product.
