PRICES, TIMES, DELIVERIES AND LOSSES
Product prices
The prices of the products indicated on the website www.senda.com.co include VAT and other taxes that may apply (applicable in the Republic of Colombia) . However, these prices exclude the costs corresponding to the shipping of the products and the taxes generated by the authorities of other countries on sales made outside of Colombia.
For each order, Senda Nelly Rojas will charge the buyer a price for the processing and transport costs. This cost will be indicated before the moment of order confirmation and payment and will vary depending on the place of delivery and the quantity of products in the order.
Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In order to make the transport insurance effective and to correct any error in delivery, it is essential that any incident regarding the goods received or their packaging be noted in the observations section of the carrier's delivery document.
Product prices are subject to change without notice. Senda Nelly Rojas reserves the right to discontinue or modify products.
Any changes will not affect orders for which a shipping confirmation has already been sent.
Delivery times
Shipments are made through a national and international courier service. Once the order is confirmed, the order is prepared and dispatched.
For products in stock, dispatch is made on the next business day after purchase is confirmed.
Delivery time for shipments within the Republic of Colombia will be 5 business days, and for international shipments 7 business days, Monday through Friday, from the moment the order is confirmed. Items subject to special or personalized orders may take longer than expected.
Orders shipped outside of Colombia may be subject to taxes and tariffs of the destination country. These charges, based on the declared value of the orders, are not included in the quoted shipping value and must be paid by the customer upon delivery if incurred. If the customer refuses to pay taxes and fees and the package is lost in customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the return.
These times are estimated and do not depend directly on Senda Nelly Rojas, so they may vary for logistical reasons, extraordinary circumstances or force majeure events. In the event of a delay in deliveries, Senda Nelly Rojas will inform its customers when it becomes aware of it. Delays in delivery will not be considered in cases where the order has been made available to the customer by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered due to a cause attributable to the customer.
As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, Senda Nelly Rojas will send an email to the customer notifying them that their order has been accepted and is being sent with the tracking number of the transport company so that they can track it.
Shipping companies do not work on weekends, so for purchases made on Friday, the shipping process will begin on Monday.
Product delivery
Senda Nelly Rojas undertakes to deliver the order in perfect condition to the destination address that the customer indicates in the order form on the website.
In the event that the delivery address provided by the customer in the order form is incomplete or incorrect or if the information provided is invalid, a surcharge for changes will be applied to the customer.
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery of the product to the address provided, the courier company will inform the subscriber via the email provided, the delivery exception to which the customer must contact the call center of the transport company, FedEx, to obtain details and dictate the guidelines for delivery.
In the event that the relevant communication has not been made with the customer according to the above specifications, the order will be returned to the warehouse and the customer must assume the costs of shipping and return of the goods to the origin, as well as any management costs.
Once the courier company delivers the package to the customer and the customer finds an anomaly in the packaging that has affected the product, the customer must inform Senda Nelly Rojas, who agrees to notify the transport company via email within 48 hours of delivery. From that moment on, incidents of this type will not be dealt with (only parts under warranty).
For claim purposes, it is important to have a photographic record of the condition in which the box was received and the damage caused to the product.
Loss of products.
In the event of a partial or total loss of a shipment, Senda Nelly Rojas must be notified of the incident within 48 hours of delivery in order to file a claim with the courier company, who will begin the relevant investigation into the case.

For security reasons, no order will be accepted if it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The number of available units of each product is kept up to date with the stock in the warehouse. Under no circumstances will Senda Nelly Rojas intentionally put more units of products on sale than it does not have.
If for any reason the product selected by the customer is not available after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email of the cancellation of the order for the unavailable product. PAY

The customer agrees to pay the full value of the product at the time of placing the order so that it can be dispatched.
In the event of improper or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, the user must immediately notify Senda Nelly Rojas, by phone or email, in order to take appropriate action.
The user is advised that the provision of a secure connection service for all purchases made exempts Senda Nelly Rojas from liability for failures in communications with banking or credit institutions, as well as for damages that may be caused to users as a result of an action or omission by said institutions.
FORMALIZATION OF ORDERS
Once the terms and conditions have been met, and the purchase confirmation has been successful, Senda Nelly Rojas will send an email to the customer with the purchase order, with all the details of the order.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Order cancellations will be accepted as long as they are requested before the order is shipped (24 hours). To make a cancellation request, you must send an email to servicioalcliente@senda.com.co .
Once payment has been made for the order, if the customer decides to cancel the product, he or she must pay the bank costs, which correspond to 12% of the value of the order and financial costs attributed to the sale.
WARRANTY
For Senda Nelly Rojas it is an obligation to comply with the terms established by law, regarding the issue of quality, suitability, safety and good condition of the products offered, therefore the guarantee offered for the products is 30 calendar days from the time of purchase and only for manufacturing defects.
For changes, there is a five (05) calendar days period; the product must be in its original packaging without having been used. The guarantee on the products is thirty (30) calendar days on defects associated with materials, manufacturing and/or making under normal conditions of use. Senda Nelly Rojas does not make changes to products that are damaged by improper use such as knocks, exposure to the elements, humidity, use of chemicals or failure to comply with the instructions indicated at the time of purchase and implied in the certificate of authenticity. The guarantee is covered by repair or change according to the criteria of SENDA Nelly Rojas and the provisions of the regulations that govern the matter. It is a cause for loss of the guarantee if the client decides to make modifications to the jewel and/or accessory.
Products on sale or promotion cannot be exchanged or returned.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Senda Nelly Rojas will be exonerated from the liability arising from the guarantee, when it proves that the defect comes from:
- Improper use of the product by the Customer (blows, falls or broken stones).
- If the Customer did not follow the instructions for the care of the jewelry. (see Jewelry Care).
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Refunds
The refund will be equal to the cost of the returned products. Only in the event that the product delivered is defective or incorrect, Senda Nelly Rojas will also refund the customer the corresponding shipping costs. Refunds will be made through PayU or any financial platform.
Returns
Products purchased from Senda Nelly Rojas through its online store may be returned and refunded, provided that the following conditions are met:
- If the reason for the return is the responsibility of the Senda Nelly Rojas brand, because the product received is defective or does not correspond to the product ordered as confirmed in the order.
- Notify the email address servicioalcliente@senda.com.co of your intention to return the product within 24 hours of receiving the order, indicating in the subject: RETURN REQUEST .
- Send the jewelry to be returned within 3 business days from the date of receipt to the address indicated in response to the initial notification, sending via email a copy of the guide provided by the shipping company. The shipping costs will be reimbursed.
- The product must be in perfect condition, retaining its original packaging and labeling.
- For the return shipment of the product, the same box in which it was received must be used. If the same box cannot be used, the customer must return it in a box that protects the product until its final destination so that the product is received again with the maximum possible guarantees.
- In addition, the customer must include a copy of the delivery receipt inside the package, indicating the returned products and the reason for the return.
- Only in the event that the delivered product is defective or incorrect, SENDA NELLY ROJAS will refund the customer the amount paid for their order and the corresponding shipping costs. The refund will be processed through our PayU payment platform according to its refund and return policies, or through the technological platform that is decided.
- If the reason is another, the cost of these return expenses will be borne by the customer and he/she must communicate his/her intention to return to SENDA NELLY ROJAS within a maximum period of 24 hours after receiving the product.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The provision of the website service and these General Conditions of Use and Purchase Policies of the Website and any specific ones that may be established are governed by Colombian law.
