Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, makeup, alcohol, sea water, swimming pool water and other chemicals that may affect its appearance.
After each use, wipe them with a microfiber cloth to remove sweat and preserve their shine. When traveling, transport your jewelry in a jewelry box or in its individual packaging to avoid bumps and damage.
SENDA Nelly Rojas only accepts exchanges of jewelry that is new and has not been previously used and meets the following conditions:
The warranty on our products applies only to manufacturing defects and for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. SENDA Nelly Rojas does not accept changes or returns of jewelry that shows damage due to improper use, including knocks, exposure to the elements, humidity, use of chemicals, or failure to follow the instructions provided at the time of purchase and in the certificate of authenticity, among others.
The jewel(s) may be received for repair or exchange at the discretion of SENDA Nelly Rojas and in accordance with applicable legal provisions. Please note that the warranty will be voided if the customer makes any modifications to the jewel or accessory.
